Learning for the Future
2020欧洲杯在线投注From September 30th to October 4th, TH School KG and Primary students participated in TH School’s first Sustainable Development Goal Week. This was an immersive week of project-based learning to the theme of "Team Up! Take Action!" Students worked in teams to learn about the UN Sustainable Development Goals, chose a goal they felt passionate about, and designed and implemented a project to create a positive impact on their community by working towards their chosen Sustainable Development Goal. This week of inquiry-based learning cultivated students' compassionate leadership skills and their understanding of how much we can achieve when we work together.

As they took part in each step to plant a new tree, every child was enthusiastic and cheerful collecting recyclable boxes for planters, choosing the type of tree to plant, cultivating the soil and watering their new plants.
The experience of taking care of a garden is meant to encourage children to protect trees, be conscious of the environment and understand the importance of trees to the earth.
Sustainability Week has provided KG and Primary students an opportunity to reflect on their learning to make small but meaningful contributions to sustainable development for the community and the environment. Over the years, this knowledge will become more and more profound, growing up like the seedlings just planted to make positive contributions for future generations.
